I am an artis, I was born in Moscow. First i found a blue pen when I was two. And since then I was thinking about myself as an artist.
I graduated Moscow State University of Printing Arts. Became an illustrator in 2007.
Worked as a designer and art director in Creative agency. In 2014 left agency and started painting commercial illustration in freelance.
In 2016 I started teaching fundamentals of sketching. At the same time I organised two personal exhibitions, took part in two ecological art exhibitions with my personal project: art on the paper coffee cup.
Many things changed in my life when I moved to Kazakhstan in 2020.
That time I started my mystery watercolour series. I am depicting Astana. With its marvellous sunsets. And I started discovering similar points in our ancient beliefs.
I also organised exhibition in our city. And took part in Young Kazaq Artist exhibition.
Me and Mythology
I am finding my authenticity in mythology.
I feel myself so closely linked with ancient legends, heroes and demons. I suppose that all our political and social problems are just unresolved ancient battles between gods and demons.
Gods are not always right, demons are not always wrong. In fact all of them want love, understanding, friendship. They’re fighting for power, for woman’s love.
In legends we find wisdom. We find answers. Paralleled between ancient and nowadays.
I use mixed technique in my arts. I use watercolour, markers, coloured pencils, liners, acrylic and collage. Mixed technique reflex all difficulties and nuances of mythology.
